Our Accommodation
Rural hostel that rescues the local, historical and gastronomic heritage of Lake Llanquihue. We have all our rooms with private bathroom and central heating, restaurant services (homemade food), laundry and internet and two cabins equipped for 5 and 8 people.
History
We are the fourth generation of German settlers, still conserving the furniture, utensils and graphic heritage (books, documents and photographs).
Heritage
German patronal house and a small archaeological sample of the ancient indigenous inhabitants of the area who lived in the 1600s, found on our lands.
Gastronomy
We rescue the gastronomy of the 19th century brought by the ancestors, such as the preparation of preserves, jams, homemade bread, vegetable gardens and all the delicacies of the old recipes of the time.
